A simulator build is a permanent installation designed for a home or business. An event experience is a mobile simulator that our team brings to your venue, operates for your guests, and removes after the event.

We are based in the San Antonio, Texas area and serve San Antonio, New Braunfels, Austin, and surrounding Central Texas communities. Projects outside that area may be possible depending on the scope, so contact us with the location.

We work with premium launch monitors, projectors, impact screens, enclosures, hitting surfaces, computers, and simulator software. The exact equipment is selected around the room, goals, preferred features, and budget.

We combine simulator knowledge, room design, construction coordination, professional installation, calibration, and ongoing support. Instead of forcing every customer into one package, we build around the space and the way the simulator will actually be used.

Yes. The first conversation helps us understand your space, goals, timeline, and budget before recommending the next step. Detailed design, site work, and construction services are identified in the project proposal.

A properly selected, installed, and calibrated simulator can provide highly reliable ball and club data. Accuracy depends on the launch monitor, room conditions, ball type, lighting, placement, and calibration.

Yes. Simulators can be used for beginner practice, family entertainment, lessons, games, and skills challenges. Children should be supervised, and the room should be designed with safe swing and ball-clearance zones.

Yes, when the room width, hitting position, and launch-monitor type are planned for both sides. We review golfer handedness early because it affects the layout and equipment recommendation.

Yes. Simulator software can provide full courses, driving ranges, practice modes, games, online play, leagues, and tournaments. Available courses and features depend on the software platform.

A solo simulator round can often be completed in about an hour because there is no walking or searching for golf balls. Groups take longer depending on the number of players, skill level, game settings, and pace of play.

It can be both. A simulator can provide detailed feedback for serious practice while also supporting family play, parties, online matches, leagues, sports viewing, and other entertainment features.

There is no single room size that works for everyone. A space around 10 feet wide, 10 feet deep, and 9 feet high may work for selected golfers and equipment after a swing-clearance review, while approximately 14 feet wide, 16 feet deep, and 10 feet high is a more comfortable residential starting point.

Nine feet may work for many golfers, but 10 feet or more is more comfortable and provides greater flexibility. The correct height depends on golfer height, swing shape, club length, and where the golfer stands.

No, but a 4K projector can produce a sharper premium image when the screen size, computer, software, and budget support it. Brightness, throw distance, lens placement, aspect ratio, and shadow control are also important.

Internet access is recommended for software downloads, updates, online play, licensing, support, and cloud features. Some practice and course modes may work locally, but requirements vary by launch monitor and software.

Yes. We calibrate and test the system before handoff, explain how to use it, and remain available for troubleshooting, service, adjustments, and future improvements.

Yes. Launch monitors, computers, projectors, displays, cameras, software, lighting, and room finishes can often be upgraded later. Planning power, cabling, ventilation, and service access during the original build makes future upgrades easier.

Yes. We design and build commercial and light-commercial simulator bays for dedicated golf businesses, clubs, bars, offices, training facilities, entertainment venues, and other organizations.

There is no universal number. The right bay count depends on the facility size, market demand, membership plan, staffing, operating hours, private-event strategy, and available construction budget.

Commercial bays should be sized around swing clearance, both-handed use, launch-monitor requirements, screen dimensions, seating, circulation, and accessibility. A planning range of roughly 14 to 16 feet wide, 18 to 20 feet deep, and 10 feet high is common, but every facility must be evaluated individually.

Yes. We can help plan the bay layout, utilities, wall and ceiling protection, flooring, lighting, technology, seating, and customer flow from an empty shell. Depending on the project, we may coordinate the build as the general contractor or work with the owner’s contractor.

Yes. We can help identify compatible simulator software and discuss booking, payment, membership, league, and access-control needs. The final systems are selected around the launch-monitor platform and operating plan.

Commercial bays require durable impact screens, replaceable hitting surfaces, protected equipment, organized cabling, ventilation, service access, and materials that can withstand frequent use. We also plan the room so routine maintenance does not require rebuilding the bay.

Start as early as possible—ideally at least four to six months before the target opening, and longer when permits, lease negotiations, construction, or multiple bays are involved. Early planning reduces equipment conflicts and expensive layout changes.

We typically need a clear and level setup area, appropriate power, safe load-in access, parking or unloading instructions, venue approval, and enough time for setup and teardown. We confirm the exact requirements before the event.

Guest capacity depends on the event length and the type of game being played. Quick closest-to-the-pin or longest-drive challenges move faster than full-hole play, and our team can recommend a format based on attendance.

Popular options include closest to the pin, longest drive, hole-in-one contests, open play, custom competitions, sponsor challenges, and branded experiences for companies or fundraisers.

Standard events currently start at $2,000 and work well for parties, networking events, and smaller activations. Premium corporate events, fundraisers, trade shows, and branded activations are custom quoted based on time, location, setup, staffing, and added features.

Yes. Premium event options can include custom signage, sponsor branding, branded guest check-in, digital lead capture, custom audience questions, and an event recap video.
