What's the difference between the two? An installation is a permanent simulator built into your space — your own course, ready whenever you are. An event experience is a mobile setup our team brings to your event, runs for your guests, and tears down afterward.

Golf Simulator Installations

How much space do I need? Most builds work in a room about [10' wide × 10' deep × 9' high], though we've worked in tighter spaces. The biggest factor is ceiling height for swing clearance — send us your dimensions and we'll tell you what's possible.

What ceiling height do I need? Ideally [9 feet or more], but we design low-ceiling solutions regularly. Tell us what you've got and we'll make it work or tell you straight if we can't.

How much does a custom golf simulator cost? It depends on the launch monitor, room size, and finish level. Every quote is itemized so you know exactly what you're paying for. Tell us about your space and we'll give you a real number.

How long does installation take? Most residential installs are completed in once your components arrive. We'll give you a timeline with your quote.

Can you install in a garage or basement? Yes — those are two of our most common builds. We account for temperature, lighting, and clearance as part of the design.

Do you install for businesses? Yes. We build light-commercial and commercial-grade bays for bars, clubs, training facilities, and offices, with multi-user and durability options.

What's included in an installation? A turnkey build: premium launch monitor, enclosure and impact screen, projector & 4K graphics, hitting bay and flooring, lighting and finish, plus full setup and calibration by our team before we hand it over.

Do you provide support after the install? Yes — we're local, we calibrate everything before we leave, and we stand behind our work. 

Event & Mobile Experiences

What kinds of events do you do? Corporate events, fundraisers, trade shows, private parties, chamber events, and brand activations — anywhere a premium, interactive attraction fits.

Indoor or outdoor — which works? Both. We set up indoors or outdoors; outdoor setups are available when you customize your experience. Tell us the spot and we'll confirm what it needs.

How much space do you need on-site? Roughly [confirm footprint — e.g. a 10' × 12' area with ~10' of clearance]. Send us your venue details and we'll make sure it fits.

What do you need from us at the event? Typically just the space and access to . Our OTG Pro team brings and runs everything else.

How many guests can play? Plenty — our staff keeps games and the line moving. Share your guest count and event length and we'll recommend the right setup.

How much does it cost to rent a simulator for an event? Standard events start at $2,000, ideal for smaller events, parties, networking, and activations. Premium events for corporate, fundraisers, trade shows, and brand activations are custom-quoted.

Can you brand it for our company or sponsors? Absolutely. With our Premium package you can add custom signage, sponsor branding, a branded guest check-in, digital lead capture, custom audience questions, and an event recap video.
